Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Ensure that staff accommodation facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Regularly inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory for cleaning supplies and amenities. Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure an adequate supply of necessary items.
  • Staff Support: Provide assistance and support to staff residing in accommodation facilities. Address their concerns and liaise with relevant departments to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Safety and Security: Implement and enforce safety and security measures within the staff accommodation premises. Report any security concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding staff accommodation. Keep abreast of local regulations and industry best practices to maintain a safe and compliant living environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.
