Job Description
- To formulate maintenance plan for new equipment and machines.
- Perform troubleshooting and study on eliminating the problem from repeating.
- Liaise with machine suppliers on continuous improvement.
- To train, coach and develop team members to handle assembly stations effectively in the
area of troubleshooting and setup.
- To manage and ensure all manufacturing documents related to maintenance are being
prepared and uploaded accordingly and promptly before release for manufacturing.
- To optimize and improve equipment reliability and design.
- To execute related activities to meet key performance indicators of department goals and
drive for continuous improvement with realistic goal setting together with the team.
- To evaluate assembly Technicians performance according to department and individual
goals
- To summarize breakdown report and feedback to line support team for improvement
(MTTR and MTBF).
- To execute any other related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or
equivalent
- Preferably 5 to 10 years of experience in the related final assembly maintenance
- Proficiency in machine troubleshooting skill
- Good in circuit/schematic/mechanical drawing knowledge and Ideas in machine
improvement
- Strong dedication, interest, and motivation to proactively drive new and improvement
topics
- Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work independently
- Good team player, cooperative, communicative, result and quality oriented
- Good English writing and oral communication skills
