We are looking for SS Fabricators who have experience with stainless steel fabrication and
buffing. This position uses hand and power tools for polishing Staineless Steel items and grade finishes. Attention to detail is needed with the ability to visually identify particular defects.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Experience polishing stainless steel
- Ability to grind and polish welds to blend with factory finish
- Polish stainless steel materials having unusual recesses, radii and contours.
- Must be able to select method, dressing and abrasive.
- Work in accordance with detailed drawings and instructions.
- Polishing, finishing, and/or grinding components to required levels in a fast-paced and efficient manner.
- Use of various power tools and hand tools to polish, clean, and grind welds
- Create a show quality finish on stainless steel
- Repair scratches, dings, and dents on stainless steel
- Visually inspects parts for issues and imperfections
