Responsibilities:
- Overview the contractors management of the passenger stations incl. Platform management (e.g., crowd management), station staffing;
- Development and execution of knowledge transfer for all station operation related disciplines;
- Management of all aspects of station facilities including but not limited to customer service, cleanliness, security, and passenger amenities;
- Ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for passengers at all stations and at all times;
- Oversee the daily operations of stations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Supervise station staff, including customer service representatives, security personnel, and cleaning crews;
- Implement customer service standards and training programs for station employees;
- Monitor station cleanliness, maintenance, and safety protocols;
- Coordinate with vendors for station amenities, services, and retail spaces;
- Address customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries to enhance passenger experience.
Qualifications:
- Project management skills;
- Railway Operation background (passenger highspeed or long distance intercity);
- Min. academic degree: B.Sc. Engineering;
- Min. 10 years in the rail Industry;
- Min. 5 years in leadership position;
- Min. 10 years in a similar position;International experience, preference GCC;
- English (fluent), Arabic (preferred), German (preferred).
