Equipment and Facility Management: Responsible for the management of equipment and facilities within the operation center, including freight equipment, warehousing systems, and related technologies.
- Team management: lead and manage the operation center team to ensure the efficient operation of the team and complete the sorting, loading and unloading and distribution tasks of goods.
Process optimization: Analyze and optimize the flow of goods, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with the company's standard operating procedures.- Inventory management: Manage warehousing and inventory to ensure orderly storage of goods, reduce errors and losses, and conduct regular inventory checks.
Coordination and Communication: Coordinate and cooperate with other departments, especially effective communication with transportation, procurement, and Client Server departments, to ensure the smooth flow of the entire logistics chain.
- Quality control: Ensure that the quality of goods meets company standards, coordinate and resolve issues related to damage or loss of goods.
Safety Management: Responsible for the safety management of the operation center, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company safety policies.- Responsible for leading the performance warehouse operation project, formulating corresponding performance warehouse operation mode and organizing construction according to market and company actual needs.
Develop development plans and work indicators for the performance warehouse, and provide solutions such as improving logistics (beginning and end), planning the layout of the performance warehouse, and improving the efficiency of the performance warehouse.
- Responsible for monitoring the entire process data of warehousing, warehousing, and outbound performance warehouse services to ensure that the quality, efficiency, and cost of performance warehouse operation meet the company's goals.
Develop work plans and business development plans according to the company's Strategy and Development plan, optimize and adjust from time to time, and reduce the company's costs.- Calculate the expenses and monitoring of the transfer center, establish a special project system for labor costs & a special project system for operating costs, analyze abnormal expenses in each region (such as optimizing outsourcing costs - intermediary ranking, and assessing the real situation of intermediaries (highlighting cost-effectiveness))
On-site manpower deployment (trunk, branch, small area), staff efficiency measurement, manpower hourly wage calculation
Experience: Rich management experience in logistics, warehousing or related fields, especially in the management of operation centers.
Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to inspire team enthusiasm and efficient collaboration.
Technical knowledge: Have a deep understanding of logistics systems, warehousing equipment, and related technologies to effectively coordinate and solve technical problems.
Process optimization: Possess the ability to optimize processes, analyze and improve logistics and warehousing processes, and improve efficiency.
Communication skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with employees and management at all levels.
Decision-making ability: able to make wise decisions under pressure and handle complex logistics and operational issues.
