Job Title - Steel Structure BIM Modeler
Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D Building Information Models (BIM) structural systems, components, and building elements Primary/secondary using industry-standard software.
- Develop BBS from the TEKLA.
- Collaborate with structural engineers and develop the rebar model.
- Generate accurate and up-to-date construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Develop parametric families for structural components.
- Maintain organized and structured BIM data libraries and ensure the accuracy of model information.
- Stay up to date with UAE national codes and standards related to structural systems and ensure compliance in BIM models.
Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM modelling
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and their integration into building design.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
