Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all steel structural work on-site.
Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.- Ensuring that all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
Managing the steelwork team, including training and performance evaluation.
- Addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 10 years experience in steel structure- Proven experience as a Steel Structural Foreman.
In-depth knowledge of steel structure fabrication and erection.
- Preferred to have good experience with finishing work .
Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
