Responsibilities:
Managing Windows Servers: Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows servers (e.g., Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers).
Patch Management: Apply software updates, patches, and security fixes to Windows servers to ensure system stability and compliance with security standards.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on Windows servers and related components.
Administer key Microsoft infrastructure components, including Active Directory (AD), Exchange, DNS, WSUS, and SCCM, to maintain secure and efficient operations.
