Job Description
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products
Confirm proper and timely delivery of products
Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics
Supervise and direct warehouse staff; put worker safety as a top priority
Perform various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed
Warehouse supervisors are in charge of inventory in a warehouse or similar space. They lead a team of inventory or warehouse workers to receive and record new stock as it comes in and move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed.
Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and clean and tidy workspace is kept at all times
Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts; enter relevant data in reports as needed
Ensure that shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders
Assist in the hiring and training process of new warehouse staff
Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times
Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers timescales/requirements.

2+ years experience at least in manufacturing accounting
