We are looking a highly organized and proactive individual who is capable of warmly welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and offering assistance in locating products or addressing queries. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and upholding store presentation for a pleasant shopping atmosphere.

Here are the main things they will be responsible:
- Process customer purchases accurately and quickly using cash registers or POS systems.
- Answer customer questions, solve problems, and give product advice.
- Receive shipments, unpack boxes, and restock shelves following set procedures.
- Keep an eye on inventory levels and tell management when we need more stock.
- Keep the store clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning display cases.
- Help open and close the store, like securing cash registers and locking doors.
- Follow safety rules to avoid accidents, theft, and losing merchandise.
- Do other tasks as needed to help the store run smoothly.
Requirements:
Here are the qualifications and skills required:
- Finished high school or have an equivalent qualification.
- Worked in retail or customer service before.
- Good at talking to people and being helpful and friendly.
- Can work well with others in a team and help each other reach our goals.
- Very organized and careful with details.
- Able to stand for a long time and lift things up to 25 pounds.
- Know basic math for handling money and processing transactions.
