Job Description

We are recruiting a Store Coordinator to join our exceptional team in Abu Dhabi and be responsible for negotiating with various suppliers to obtain maximum discount without compromising the quality of all products and services. The role involves undertaking purchase activities, tendering and contract evaluation, placing orders and monitoring delivery to provide the right products and services across all BUs and Shared Services in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process and fulfil Move Order from Engineers and ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY
  • Timely update of Move Order status or material delivery status with respective Engineers.
  • Confirmation of Pick slip on the same day or the day after (of actual material release).
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials (specification, quality and quantity).
  • Keeping records of Returned items as per the template provided. And communicating the same with respective Engineers.
  • Keeping records of Damaged items as per the template provided.
  • If the damage is found during the delivery by supplier, it should be returned to supplier immediately.
  • Proper and rightly placing of materials in the designated racks.
  • Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure they do not fall below the minimum order levels.
  • When inventory levels approach the minimum threshold, liaise promptly with the procurement team to initiate the ordering process.
  • Provide accurate and detailed material descriptions and quantities to the procurement team on a timely manner.
  • Regularly check the stock and make sure there are no discrepancies.
  • Timely submission of stock report to Store supervisor and store coordinator.
  • Maintain accurate records of all distributions and Record Keeping.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), Building Materials and maintenance suppliers is a MUST.
  • Process and fulfil Move Order from Engineers and ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY
  • Effective Communications with Suppliers/Engineers is a must.
  • Keeping records of Returned items as per the template provided. And communicating the same with respective Engineers.
  • Keeping records of Damaged items as per the template provided.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Market knowledge in sourcing of materials and services.
