Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking for a Store Director with exemplary team management skills, interpersonal skills and commercial skills for their boutique in Dubai Mall.
The Store Manager will have the responsibility of co-ordinating the day to day running of the boutique which includes managing a team,
Overall, they are looking for someone who can lead by example, is extremely passionate about the brand, very sales and KPI driven & someone who has previous experience in the region with a good database of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure your team delivers excellent customer service to every Client, through demonstrating and modeling the right attitude. Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs & tailor individual action plans.
- Demonstrate empowerment to solve customer problems and meet customers needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers. It is of the utmost importance that this person possesses excellent interpersonal skills and is able to create a long-term relationship based on trust and good communication.
- Manage and motivate the team to drive business: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers.
- Work with Marketing department for in store events to increase sales and client satisfaction.
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence, support and ensuring the brand standards are achieved.
- Supervise stock management to ensure levels are maintained constantly.
Skills & Requirements:
- University degree, preferably majoring in Business or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience in luxury retail
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Expert communicator, with the special ability to build strong business relationships beyond the immediate team
- Possess a winning mentality: know that the end-goal is not to prove you were right, but to help progress the team objectives, empower your team, and get the business to win
- Excellent time management skills, and organizational abilities.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
