Job Description

Job Description:

  • Maintain the company's name, market share, and management-sent objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, work to satisfy customers, build strong relationships with them, and ensure no issues affect their loyalty to the company.
  • Implement company policies and regulations within the branch and handle governmental entities legally and documented.
  • Ensure all security and safety procedures for internal and external exhibitions and warehouses are adhered to.
  • Continuously train and improve the team's performance, ensuring their commitment to instructions, goals, and required customer service levels.
  • Monitor inventory, be responsible for periodic inventory results, and track transfers to prevent shortages and sales opportunities loss.
  • Maintain cleanliness and display arrangement according to defined quality standards.
  • Conduct monthly employee evaluations and study each employee's performance to determine necessary development plans.
  • Monitor daily sales, provide required detailed reports to exhibition management, analyze results to address deficiencies, and maximize profitability.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Total Years of Experience: 7 - 10
