Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, and inventory management.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase sales, including merchandising, promotional events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness.

Requirements:
