Position: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
• Manage inventory, stock levels
• Implement strategies
• Train and manage store staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the seafood or food industry
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage
