Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Shalati in Amman. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining effective communication with the team and customers.

Qualifications
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention experience
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
