Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, organizing, and delegating of work of the staff and staff rotation.
Handling customer queries, complains, and concern- Ensures that all policies, procedures, and controls are followed in the store.
Setting and achieving KPIs and generating sales for the retail store
- Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries
Planning and maintaining efficient store operations; assigning and evaluating the work performance of personnel assigned to the store
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in Telecom industry
Good understanding of retail store environment.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in Telecom/IT/Electronics industry
Additional qualification:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Telecom, Sales or Marketing
Knowledge and skills:
People management Sales expertise with ability to coach for performance
