Job responsibilities:
- Implementation and execution of the determined plan;
- Organization of uninterrupted, profitable operation of the store;
- Monitoring compliance with all technologies and business processes;
- Ensuring sales growth and cost minimization;
- Providing the necessary reports in a timely manner;
- Conducting all necessary administrative work;
- Active use of the principles of staff management - creating a better team;
- Motivation, training and improvement of employees to achieve high results and their further development in the company;
- Ensuring effective interaction with the central office;
- Interaction with external inspection authorities.
