Primary purpose:
Identify key new opportunities to both Zahid Group's existing business lines as well as for CORE, the Zahid Group Company focused on the Oil and Gas market.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Build key account plans, contact plans and host regular internal strategic meetings to focus on opportunities where Zahid Group could add local value, as well as build long-term strategic planning mentality.
- Hold regular meetings with a diverse range of stakeholders, demonstrating equal comfort in presenting to operational teams as well as C-Suite executives.
- Proactively promote Zahid Group, our capabilities, and services.
- Build pursuit plans for key opportunities and act as the commercial lead for the tender or RFQ.
- Identify opportunities to localize projects or equipment supply in line with IKTVA and Vision 2030 guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant subject (Business, Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or other) or Master's degree is considered a plus.
- Understanding of Client's key operations, equipment, and challenges, specifically Saudi Aramco organization and ways of doing business.
- Understanding of key national initiatives and localization programs such as IKTVA, Vision 2030, etc.
- Excellent management, team leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent command in commercial and tendering skills, along with presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Minimum 5 years of experience working for or closely with Saudi Aramco, understanding their processes, expectations, and procedures.
