Job Specific Accountabilities:
Content Development
- Advise the development and execution of creative concepts for impactful campaigns, ensuring compelling messaging and effective visual communication.
- Advocate the design process for various platforms, including graphic design for advertising, content creation, and the production of digital and printed reports, presentations, brochures, and gifts for senior management.
Communication Management
- Approve the execution of internal and external campaigns for effective outreach and engagement, including developing digital visibility strategies to enhance online presence.
- Monitor performance indicators, evaluate campaign visibility levels, prepare and approve content, govern media appearances, and analyze/manage media crises to maintain consistency, professionalism, and optimize the dissemination of information.
Communication Planning
- Guide the implementation of marketing plans, digital accounts, and plan impactful promotional campaigns for consistency.
- Monitor website content, digital community engagement, internal communication, and activate digital services for enhanced connectivity.
Media
- Consult the development and implementation of effective digital communication strategies, managing the organization's digital media channels to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Guide the monitoring and of the brand identity and measure the impact of media awareness and campaigns to ensure the alignment of media material with the city's vision.
- Advise local and international media affairs for effective communication and representation, to ensure comprehensive coverage and accurate portrayal of content.
- Approve the preparation of accurate digital media production like press releases and reports, coordinate with media outlets for coverage, monitor media coverage for public perception, and proofread/edit content to maintain quality and consistency.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Communications, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in Communication Management, Strategic Partnerships Management, Content Development, Media Management, or any other relevant field.
