Strategic Consultancy Manager
The role:
The Strategic Consulting Manager at Land Sterling KSA plays a pivotal role in managing client projects, delivering strategic insights, and contributing to the growth of the consulting practice. This position involves overseeing project execution, fostering client relationships, and mentoring a team of consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate consulting, a strategic mindset, and a focus on delivering exceptional value to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of Feasibility Studies and Highest and Best Use (HBU) analyses, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Review and refine project deliverables to maintain the highest standards of quality and relevance.
- Develop clear, impactful client presentations and reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with service delivery.
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and challenges, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Support the Associate Director in client meetings, proposal development, and presentations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Provide guidance on project execution, offering constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Monitor team progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct research on market trends, economic factors, and real estate dynamics to inform client projects and strategic decisions.
- Leverage market insights to enhance the quality and relevance of consulting outputs.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities in the KSA market.
- Collaborate on the preparation of proposals, client pitches, and marketing materials.
- Contribute to expanding Land Sterling's footprint in the region.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, real estate advisory, or related fields, with at least 2 years in KSA or the GCC.
- Proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and deliver high-quality consulting outputs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Feasibility Studies and HBU analyses.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
