Job Description:
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at EZeats, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and enhancing our offerings through strategic alliances. Your main objective will be to identify, develop, and manage partnerships with brands that align with our mission to modernize and streamline the dining experience. By leveraging your experience and network, you will help us to collaborate with like-minded businesses, enhance our market presence, and ultimately drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential strategic partners in the dining, hospitality, and tech industries and evaluate how they can contribute to EZeats growth and vision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership deals that are beneficial for both parties, ensuring alignment with EZeats strategic objectives and values.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to integrate partner solutions and co-create unique value propositions for our customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify new partnership opportunities and areas for innovation.
- Represent EZeats at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility and forge new relationships.
- Prepare and present reports on partnership strategy and performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the tech, hospitality, or F&B industries.
- Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships that have driven growth and innovation.
- Strong network of contacts in the dining, hospitality, and/or tech industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Arabic or French is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Egypt and Morocco as needed.
