We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our client's team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in driving strategic alliances and partnerships, particularly within the business setup services industry or fintech startup ecosystem in Dubai. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and prospecting potential partners, negotiating and closing partnership agreements, and managing ongoing relationships to drive mutual growth and success. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, where you will collaborate closely with the team to execute partnership strategies and achieve business objectives.
Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the business setup services industry and fintech startups.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure mutual growth and success.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners that align with Finanshels strategic goals.- Negotiation and Agreements: Lead negotiations and draft partnership agreements to ensure favorable terms and alignment with our business objectives.
Collaborative Projects: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to develop and execute joint initiatives with partners.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of our strategic partnership roadmap, aligning with our overall business strategy.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic partnership management, preferably within the business setup services industry or fintech startup ecosystem in Dubai.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the business setup services industry and/or fintech startup ecosystem in Dubai.
Network: Established network of contacts within the industry, with the ability to leverage these relationships for business growth.- Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
