Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the formulation of strategic plans that reflect the company's long-term goals, setting clear and measurable objectives, and defining the timeframe for their achievement.
Coordinate the processes of identifying and updating the strategic map and its components, including objectives and key performance indicators, to ensure alignment with the company's vision and mission.
Participate in the evaluation and analysis of internal and external factors affecting the company, and conduct analyses to understand the competitive environment.
Contribute to the development and update of the company's strategy and its components by incorporating any updates or changes during strategy review meetings.
Monitor progress towards achieving strategic objectives, evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, and propose necessary adjustments.
Participate in preparing and updating the meeting agenda for change implementation to execute the company's strategies and mission.
Assist in linking current projects and initiatives to strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
Participate in updating the balanced scorecards for all company departments in coordination with the direct manager.
Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports on the progress of strategic plans, including data analysis and information to provide strategic insights to the direct manager.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, procedures, and practices, considering best practices that contribute to cost reduction and productivity increase.
Maintain close communication with departments to ensure integration and coordination in the implementation of strategies, and provide support and guidance in the execution of strategic plans.
