JASARA PMC is seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist In this role, you will be responsible for the organization strategic planning services for Engineering Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide organizational strategic planning services for Engineering Services
- Conduct reviews to identify strength and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness within Engineering Services.
- Run internal strategic initiatives for business improvement under Engineering Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning and business improvement across multiple sectors
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Proficient in using strategic planning tools and methodologies
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant project management software
