Our client is seeking a mid-level consultant to support an ongoing strategic and management consulting project for a government entity. The consultant will be responsible for assisting in the creation of documentation, presentations, and other project deliverables, working closely under the supervision of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of key project deliverables, including presentations, reports, and documentation, to meet milestones and client requirements
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations, providing regular updates and reporting progress
- Conduct research to support strategy and management recommendations
- Work under the supervision of senior consultants while maintaining a high level of independence in handling assigned tasks
- Manage a high volume of deliverables within set deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs
- Synthesize research and findings into concise reports to support decision-making processes
- Provide hands-on support to senior consultants, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet high-quality standards
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in strategy or management consulting
- Ability to join immediately or on short notice and provide full-time support for the project duration
- Strong documentation skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience working in consulting or similar fast-paced environments
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
