Position Overview
The Strategy Manager will be part of the strategy team to support the assessment, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives that contribute to Rasan's overall goals and performance and align with business objectives.
In the role, you will be conducting business and financial analysis to evaluate performance, determine and prioritize opportunities, and drive successful execution.
You will take part in coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives together with other various Rasan teams involved such as Product, Marketing and other cross-functional teams. You will develop performance reports for the executive team on ongoing initiatives/projects, identifying problems root causes and solutions to mitigate them.
Responsibilities
- Ensure prioritization of tasks, streamline processes, and identify and resolve problems within the initiatives/project
- Undertake analysis to identify new business opportunities (market analysis & assessment)
- Create PowerPoint presentations and other written content for internal and external stakeholders and C-suite
- Create financial analysis to support business initiative planning
- Oversee initiatives/projects progress and report results to internal stakeholders
- Participate and drive PMO activities across the entire business
- Participate in strategy and planning, support the development and update of OKRs during the year
- Monitor reporting activities - performance monitoring of top clients and quarterly updates from CEOs of insurance companies
- Manage the implementation process- work with the Product Team
Required Qualifications:
- min. 3 years of experience in strategic management consulting
- Start-up & insurance experience is nice to have
- High levels of responsibility and intense focus
- Good ability to work agile and independently, also on multiple topics/projects simultaneously
- High analytical skills for gathering and analyzing information for timely decision-making and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills - fluency in English and Arabic preferred
- Problem-solving ability
- Excellent presentation and Excel modeling skills
