At Unifonic, our Strategy team is where the action happens! We work on the cutting edge of technology and business, helping to drive growth and innovation for Unifonic. We are responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in key verticals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, we work on driving revenue growth.
As a Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
Help us shape the future of communications by:
Managing an active pipeline of potential acquisition and partnership opportunities and conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses supporting business cases for M&A opportunities
Marketing, structuring, and executing transactions from start to close
Conducting industry and product research
Managing due diligence processes, external advisors, and support teams
Participating in strategic decision-making to assess and select potential actions to expand capabilities through initiatives and working with internal partners to implement and drive organizational changes
Preparing presentations for management to the highest professional services standards
Supporting the execution of internal governance processes (reporting KPIs, etc.), PMO
What you'll bring:
Hands-on 7+ years of total experience with 4+ years of recent experience in an Investment Bank, Management Consultancy (with M&A focus), and Big4
Experience in Venture Capital and corporate development is a plus
Transactions experience; understanding of tech/SaaS is desirable
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields
Can-do attitude, results-driven, comfortable with and looking to work in a dynamic, growth environment, and eager to learn person
Detail-oriented with an aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions
A team player who wants and likes to win as a team, ability to listen, collaborate, and partner with key internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical capabilities (modeling, definition of KPIs, etc), and detail-oriented
Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
