- Conduct competitive and market analysis to position Sand Circus optimally, delivering the right services at the right time.
Client & Talent Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and talents, ensuring consistent satisfaction and engagement.
Commercial Strategy
- Create and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy, aiming to meet growth targets and optimize profitability.
