Role: Strategy & Operations Manager

Type of Employment: Full Time

Location: Remote (Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh)

Experience level: 5 years proven experience in team leadership, business growth, and company optimization.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and lead a cohesive, motivated team, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage a diverse team across functions (HR, Finance, Administration, Marketing, Sales) to achieve annual goals and proactively address challenges.
  • Guide and coach the managerial team, providing regular feedback and actionable insights to drive team success.

Operational Optimization

  • Streamline processes and introduce best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity across the organization.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage data and performance metrics to assess team performance, refine strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Performance & Development

  • Set clear objectives and development plans, enabling talent growth and aligning the team with MMG's values.
  • Monitor KPIs and dashboards to identify improvement areas, launch new initiatives, and implement corrective actions.

Strategic Expansion

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships to drive business growth and explore new opportunities, both within existing domains and in new markets.

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that enhances Sand Circus's brand, market position, and client engagement.

Pricing & Negotiation

  • Design and implement pricing and negotiation strategies to boost revenue and profitability, fostering long-term business growth.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and finalize contracts, ensuring adherence to governance standards.

Market Insights & Strategy

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to position Sand Circus optimally, delivering the right services at the right time.

Client & Talent Relationship Management

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and talents, ensuring consistent satisfaction and engagement.

Commercial Strategy

  • Create and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy, aiming to meet growth targets and optimize profitability.

Revenue & Value Capture

  • Continuously identify new revenue streams and opportunities to enhance MMG's long-term growth and market position.
