I am currently working with one of the largest financial institutions in Saudi Arabia, which is looking for a Strategy Programme Lead. You will guide the formulation of the 2025/2026 strategy across multiple functions, including retail banking, corporate banking, and treasury. This role focuses on developing strategic direction and will play a crucial part in shaping the organization's future growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the formulation of the 2025/2026 strategy across retail banking, corporate banking, and treasury functions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic goals and objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to ensure alignment of strategy with organizational priorities.
• Drive discussions on strategic initiatives, helping to prioritize and shape the focus for the future.
• Contribute to the overall strategic vision, ensuring that key initiatives are well-defined and actionable.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in strategy formulation at a senior level, particularly in banking and financial services.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking, corporate banking, and treasury operations.
• Proven ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives.
