Job Title - Structural BIM Modeler-Rebar Modeler and detailer
Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D Building Information Models (BIM) structural systems, components, and building elements using industry-standard software
- Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and rectify conflicts between structural systems and other building components.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Generate accurate and up-to-date construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Develop parametric families for structural components
- Maintain organized and structured BIM data libraries and ensure the accuracy of model information.
- Stay up-to-date with UAE national codes and standards related to structural systems and ensure compliance in BIM models.
Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modelling
- Strong knowledge of architecture modelling
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
