Job Description
Design steel structures is a must, and concrete is a plus.
Create structural models by using Rivet, AutoCAD, Tekla and SAP softwares.
Measure loads and pressures caused by environmental or human influence.
Conduct shop drawings, detailed drawings, working drawings , and any related drawings.
Conduct As-built drawings and follow up it's approval process.
Prepare technical documents (RFIs,SD,,,,) and follow up it's approval process.
Prepare Q.S , BOQs and any tendering documents.
Prepare sub-contractors and client's invoices/V.Os.
Follow construction safety guidelines and the Egyptian code.
Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications.
Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise construction workers
Prepare and allocate budgets
Track and report on project progress
Collaborate with contractors and project managers
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Previous experience as a Structural Engineer.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SAP, and Tekla.
Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills
Good English communication ability (both written and verbal)
Attention to details
Strong project management and negotiation skills.
Degree in Structural Engineering; a Master s degree is a plus
Ability to work under pressure.
