As a Student Admissions Consultant specializing in Vocational Training Courses, you will be an integral part of our admissions team, responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process. Your primary focus will be on assisting students in selecting the most suitable vocational training courses and ensuring that they meet their academic and career goals. This role requires excellent sales and tele-sales skills, strong English communication abilities, and a proactive approach to meeting monthly enrollment targets.
- Student Consultation: Initiate and manage consultations with prospective students via telephone or other communication channels to understand their career aspirations and educational needs.
- Course Selection: Recommend suitable vocational training courses based on individual student profiles and goals, providing information on program details, curriculum, and career prospects.
- Sales and Conversion: Effectively use your sales skills to influence and convert prospective students into enrolled students, ensuring that they understand the value of the courses offered.
- Application Support: Assist students in completing the admissions process, including enrollment forms, documentation, and fees, while providing guidance and support throughout.
- Monthly Enrollment Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets, ensuring that you contribute to the achievement of the company's admissions objectives.
- English Communication: Communicate with students in clear and concise English, both written and verbal, to provide accurate and detailed information about the training courses and address any inquiries.
- Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-up with prospective students, addressing any concerns or questions and maintaining a strong relationship to encourage course enrollment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of student interactions, progress, and admissions status, using the company's CRM or database systems.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or tele-sales is highly desirable. Freshers with strong sales potential are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close deals independently, utilizing effective sales strategies and objection handling techniques.
