Job Description
-Be responsible for timely solving the equipment faults of the responsible cable, timely handling the abnormal cable, and ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
-Be responsible for the weekly maintenance and TPM inspection of the cables.
-Be responsible for achieving the straight-through rate and capacity of the stay wire and improving the loss of the stay wire.
-Be responsible for analyzing and improving the abnormal basic quality of stay wire.
-Be responsible for the conversion of product line and the climbing of production capacity, and analyze the reasons why the production capacity is not up to standard.
-Be responsible for daily spot check of equipment running status and product process parameters.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
-Education: College degree or above
-Experience: SMT workshop equipment experience / none
-Skill requirements: Test section: familiar with the distributor ( GETECH ) used in SMT industry, familiar with the working principle of common download test instruments in the industry ( CMW100 / IQ instruments ), proficient in download, calibration, comprehensive test WIFI and test principle, able to analyze tools to test LOG, and proficient in using office software.
-Ability requirements: Strong sense of responsibility, certain research ability and bear hardships.
