Background:

We are currently establishing a new automotive Academy in Saudi Arabia with a strong focus on topics related to advanced manufacturing and electro-mobility. To set up, develop and operate the Academy we are currently looking for multiple technical experts in different disciplines.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

The specialist in the discipline Electro-mobility/Service/Dealership is part of the team of training experts with the following tasks and responsibilities:

Works as a Subject Matter Expert and technical trainer with a focus on Electro-Mobility/Vehicle Maintenance. In this function the candidate is developing technical trainings and delivers them at the Academy.

You are able to develop and document training programs, covering the documentation of related training modules, module descriptions, teaching materials, competence assessment standards, selection of training hardware and operating the technical hardware

You are responsible for preparing and delivering practical trainings in a fully equipped technical training centre, leading and moderating classroom teaching

Integrates best industry practice into the training programs

Requirements:

Candidate should be qualified as an Automotive Technician with a focus on Electro-Mobility and alternative drives with a technical focus as Electrical Engineer or Electronics Engineer.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the automotive industry

Practical work experience in the field of Automotive Batteries and Battery Technologies, High Voltage Safety, Battery Management, Automotive Electronics, Motor Control, Power Electronics

Candidate has experience as technical instructor in the mentioned fields either as in-company trainer or at a vocational College

Good communication and presentation skills

Able to communicate and deliver trainings in English language
