We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Learning Management System (LMS) and other modules to join our talented team.
Position Overview: As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of SuccessFactors modules with a primary focus on the Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, testing, and deploying SuccessFactors solutions, along with a deep understanding of other modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration:
Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors LMS and other modules based on client requirements.
Customize and optimize system functionalities to meet the unique needs of each client.Client Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and provide expert guidance on best practices related to SuccessFactors modules.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure seamless adoption of the implemented solutions.Module Expertise:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS and other modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession Planning, and more.
Stay abreast of the latest updates and enhancements within the SuccessFactors suite.System Integration:
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SuccessFactors modules with other HR systems and applications as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure system interoperability.Documentation and Reporting:
Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
Develop and generate reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in implementing SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on LMS.
Strong understanding of other SuccessFactors modules, including configuration and integration aspects.
Certification in SuccessFactors modules is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
