Job Description
- Responsible for ATM & Self-Service Channel network for UAE
- Contribute to channel's revenue and customer migration.
- Manage vendor payments
- Prepare monthly weekly , channel performance and montly review presentations
- Manage channel reporting part with transaction and performance extract
- Update machines locator in Mashreq app and in internet maps
- Projects expense tracking and capitalization
Responsibilities
- Publish daily, weekly & monthly reports for the channel. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of MIS.
- Monitoring and removal / relocation of non-performing offsite ATMs to ensure optimum ATM network.
- Conducting UAT/Pilot for ATM related new functionalities / projects.
- benefits are aligned with the bank's brand strategy.
- Timely submission of unit's RCSA, SOPs, OIR, MER, Policy & Processes.
- Timely update of ATM Locators on both internal & external platforms.
- Meet external vendors & review their service performance.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments are done.
- Submit provisions for the channel expenses.
- Manage, track & update all hardware devices for the channel.
- Perform & manage marketing related activities such customer communications through various channels.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Banking experience and prior experience in similar role is added benefit.
- Good understanding of the ATM & Self-Serve machines operations.
- Excellent client-facing skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate thoughts and ideas to diverse audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Presentation skills
- Flexibility to commute across UAE to perform site surveys, production testing and general inspections.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
