- Oversee plant operations and all employees
Maintain high standard of customer service
- Monitor production output, product quality and on-time delivery
Supervise the planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing of the plants- Monitor plant health and identify any pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
Implement pest control measures and treatments as necessary.
- Ensure plants receive adequate sunlight, water, and nutrients according to their specific requirements.
Lead a team of gardeners and plant care specialists.- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively among team members.
Train new staff on proper plant care techniques and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Attend meetings with clients, project managers, or stakeholders to discuss project objectives, timelines, and any specific plant care requirements.- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of laborers and gardening staff.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Train new staff on plant care techniques, safety protocols, and job-specific tasks.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to safety guidelines.
