We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for Certified Vehicle Repair who has extensive knowledge and experience in RTA Comprehensive Testing for luxury cars. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring quality control, and managing a team of technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and oversee RTA comprehensive testing for luxury vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Perform thorough inspections on repaired vehicles to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
- Check the repairs of cars to guarantee all work has been completed to the highest standard.
- Coordinate and arrange for necessary spare parts, ensuring availability and timely procurement to avoid delays in repair work.
- Supervise and manage a team of vehicle repair technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts inventory. Prepare and submit detailed reports on the status and progress of vehicle repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle repair supervision, specifically with luxury cars and RTA comprehensive testing.
- Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes, diagnostics, and spare parts management.
- Proven experience in managing a team of technicians, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Must hold a valid driving license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
