Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, organize, coordinate and supervise all inspections and repairs.
- Ensure that engineering and manufacturing specifications are reviewed to ensure compliance at all times and successful completion of the task.
- Coordination with suppliers of rejected recycled spare parts 5 - Supervising the quality of items repaired during the warranty period 6 -
- Work with the supplier directly to address spare parts failures.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to management and data analysis as required.
- Supervise the supply of spare parts for the repair process.
- Provide technical advice to other departments in matters related to materials engineering and maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Analyze test results and conduct training for relevant staff as required.
- Keep records of test results and all actions taken.
- Facilitate corrective actions for supplier quality issues.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.
- Support other facilities management members in performing their roles.
- Perform other duties as required by facilities management.
Experience and Education:
- A bachelor's degree is required. Preferably in mechanical, civil or electrical engineering.
- At least three years of experience in facility maintenance, with knowledge of engineering principles, theories and practices required.
- Experience of at least two years in a supervisory position is preferred.
- Experience in project management feature.
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office programs and computer-aided design ( CAD ) or AutoCAD preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal is required.
- You have, or be able to have a valid UAE driving license. You have or be able to
- Obtaining a vehicle/fork driver's license.
- Get a driver's license in the UAE, or be able to get a driver's license in the UAE.
