You'll work with high-performing teams that drive growth and deliver exceptional client service, ensuring that you play your part in building a better working world through better working assets.Your role as a Senior Manager will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, often interacting at an executive level, as well as sales and practice development activities, resulting in increased value and efficiency. You will help mentor, coach, counsel your team members and help EY build an inclusive culture and high-performing teams. You will also work with our internal teams to identify, and author thought leadership and represent EY at different public forums and events covering your areas of expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesDrawing on your knowledge, skills and experience, you willEstablish valued relationships with external clients at the 'C levelSolve our clients most difficult problems by bringing our solutions, strengths and points of view to become their trusted advisorLead and support opportunity pursuits and practice development initiatives, proposals and thought leadershipDeliver strategic projects successfully, specifically in the Energy Sector; covering Oil and Gas and Utilities Deploy leading and industry standard frameworksManage multiple EY colleagues across levels and client team members and mentor them as they progress in their own careerEnhance our brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients Develop and lead partnerships with our alliance partners (e.g. SAP, IBM, Microsoft, etc.)Lead with confidence to actively promote emerging platforms and share knowledge and best practices Develop external eminence across the sub-capabilities in the utilities space Promote an effective forum for sharing Supply Chain and Sectorexpertise Help grow our functional and technical consulting skills in the sector,, contributing to the development of your own and team's acumen and helping resolve our clients in Utilities and Oild and Gas challenges To qualify for the role you must haveApproximately 12+ years of work experience covering in Power and Utilities Sector with capabilities and/or leadership experience and a proven track record of transformational experience to achieve positive outcomes and change in the organizationPrior Senior Manager/Director experience in consulting (Big Four, Strategy House or equivalent) or VP/Director experience in Utilities and Energy sector companiesExpert knowledge and understanding of the Energy sector Experience in implementing Digital or Technology Platform Solutions ERP related) or Digital related solutions Supply Chain experience in Planning, Procurement, Asset Management, Advanced Meter Infrastructure and Intelligent OperationsProven track record of leading large scale business development activities Willingness to relocate A bachelor's degree with the emphasis on Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Logistics with strong academic recordsExperience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team membersExcellent oral and written communication skillsIdeally, you'll also havePreferably Arabic speaking Experience in the Power and Utilities Sector in GCCStrategic Portfolio and or Project and Portfolio Management experience with leading UtilitiesExperience in Digital Transformation and enhancing Customer ExperienceExperience with ISO 55001, asset management system framework and energy audits will be an advantageRepresented your organization across leading forums as a qualified expertCertification in Lean, Six sigma, TQM, KAIZEN will be an added/preferred advantageWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognised for the value you bring to the business.
