Job Description
A KSA company in the beauty and retail industry are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh.
The role reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain, and will assist the Supply Chain team in the main functions such as Supply Planning, Logistics and Customer Service.
Fluency in both english and arabic is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have prior retail or FMCG industry experience in a procurement or supply chain role.

Main responsibilities include:
Master data:
New products codification structure
Master data update: Products locations- Suppliers
Assortment update and Communication
Regulatory:
KSA:
o Follow up with the Regulatory agent and needed parties to ensure all products are
registered in SFDA- SABER
o Follow up on certificates issuance as needed prior to shipments.
o Follow up on Payment plan and status.
Export markets:
o Follow up on all requirements and documents needed by the Regulatory and
governmental organizations for products registration and import certificates.
Coordination:
Issuance and Follow up of the Products price lists per country.
Follow up on 3PL invoices, checking and payment issuance: Warehouse, Forwarders, Regulatory.
Support in creating orders and transactions in the ERP.
Daily reports extraction and checking: ERP,WMS.
