Leading International company looking for a supply chain Executive, that can fulfill the below responsibilities and requirements:
Responsibilities:
Manage distributor regular communication:
Share shipment notification email for information & docs validation
Dispatch shipment documents on time and ensure they are available prior to shipment arrivals
Get information and supporting documents on damaged items in shipments
Continuously updating the Distributors on upcoming shipments
Regular alignment & weekly reporting
PO Placement:
Place PO for upcoming requirements as per agreed on terms
Shipment tracking of all DIMs and CF (raw materials)
Reception & communication of Materials PO placement (between fulfilment team and the distributor)
Shipment of the PO follow Up, plan for on time delivery of required materials
Documentation follow up, reception, check & communication of all shipment documents
Prepare the POs Proposal sheet
Follow-up on credit release with Order fulfilment and Local Finance
Yearly PO creation & alignment with all parties
Follow up on shipments with issues
Quality Management: Customer complaint management
MRP Run Validation:
Receive MRP & do validation
Ensure calculation and submission of annual raw material forecast for Global NTM suppliers
Monthly meeting with Supply planning team
Stock count and reconciliation: Monthly NTM reconciliation & quarterly stock count
Production and Supply Planning:
Internal assessment with Manufacturing and commercial team
Ensure supply security while checking evolving demand and production plan with respect to agreed stock policy
Run scenarios to explore different options to resolve shortages or excess of inventory and to obtain the optimum production plan that reconciles market demand & prioritization and capacity & supply constraints
Managa NPIs and phase in phase out projects with optimum cost and risk
Master Data Management:
Monthly alignment on BoM usages, items & prices with finance
Review of active codes & update of lists
Request prices for all new materials coming from changes, productivity or projects
Yearly BoM/Spec alignment
Manage communication with the Commercial Team: Communicate Shipment status/entries and productions to Commercial Team
Fulfilment Drumbeat: Weekly alignment on plans with both FG fulfilment & TPM
Clearance Follow Up: Weekly alignment with FF for NTM s and follow up on shipments with issues.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in supply planning or a related function
Has an experience managing more than one market (considered as a plus).
