Job Description

_Qualifications :_
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent. Major in Business Information will be an added advantage.


_Other Requirements :_
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and multi-tasking.
Advanced computer proficiency level in Microsoft Excel & data entry.
  • A team player and initiative.
Mandatory language in written and spoken - English. Additional advantage if able to write and communicate in Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Descriptions :_
  • Responsible for system-related work which would consist of :
Purchase Order Entry.
  • Purchase Order Monitoring and Maintenance.
Purchase pricing data maintenance.
  • Monitor Inbound shipment. Ensure on-time delivery.
Inventory Management.
  • RMA
Be in close collaboration with Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Logistics & Finance.
  • Render administrative support to team members when the need arises.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
