Qualifications :_
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent. Major in Business Information will be an added advantage.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills.- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and multi-tasking.
Advanced computer proficiency level in Microsoft Excel & data entry.
- A team player and initiative.

_Job Descriptions :
_- Responsible for system-related work which would consist of :
Purchase Order Entry.
- Purchase Order Monitoring and Maintenance.
Purchase pricing data maintenance.- Monitor Inbound shipment. Ensure on-time delivery.
Inventory Management.
Be in close collaboration with Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Logistics & Finance.- Render administrative support to team members when the need arises.
