Supply Chain Manager
Reports To: Direct reports as assigned
Department/Location: Commercial / Supply Chain
Job Purpose:
Manage daily and long-term operations for warehouse, logistics, and supply chain, including planning and courier services, driving continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities:
Supply Chain Department Management:
- Analyze logistics efficiency and lead improvements to optimize processes.
- Oversee, empower, and educate supply chain and warehouse teams, ensuring adherence to procedures across locations.
- Foster a positive environment and maximize team productivity.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, couriers, and regulatory agencies, adhering to supplier lead times.
- Manage the supply chain budget with the CFO.
Inventory Management:
- Meet supply chain metrics and KPIs, managing stock levels, aging stock, and out-of-stock SKUs.
- Align with commercial, finance, and company owners on resource deployment to meet customer needs.
- Ensure timely shipments, customs clearance, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with Commercial for product launches, PR inventory, and PO requirements.
Reporting and Planning:
- Submit weekly trackers on inventory and warehouse operations.
- Support Commercial, Finance, and E-Commerce with inventory management.
- Collaborate with Demand Planner on supplier orders and inventory.
- Flag any delays or disruptions in order fulfillment promptly.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years in Middle East Supply Chain
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
