We seek an experienced and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our team at NAMI. The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience in supply chain management, focusing on leading teams in procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage the procurement process, including vendor management, negotiations, and contract management.

Oversee inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels while meeting customer demand and minimizing carrying costs.

Manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers while minimizing transportation costs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, sales, and finance to develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives.

Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing supply chain organization.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

+5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Proven track record of leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
