Position Title: Supply Chain Manager
Position Overview: As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead and manage the supply chain team, overseeing all aspects of inventory management, order processing, transportation coordination, and third-party logistics (3PL) relationships. Your role will ensure efficient supply chain operations and continuous improvement, supporting the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and perform reconciliation
- Supervise order processing and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with suppliers, vendors, customers, and 3PL providers
- Arrange and manage transportation logistics, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and deliveries; prepare and analyze logistics performance reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and 3PL providers; negotiate contracts for cost-effective procurement and delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies; promote and enforce safety standards within supply chain operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and stay updated with industry trends
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the IT distribution industry
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS)
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with international shipping and customs regulations preferred
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred
