Job Description

1-3 Years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Managing customer order activity through the order fulfillment cycle
Align with Stakeholders stock availability & delivery creation
Monitor monthly sales and operations
Control customers returns & ensure financial alignment with operations
Monitor and support order process on SAP (order creation, delivery creation, invoicing, returns)
Creating delivery of employees orders
Solving problems faced by store managers
Confirming stock availability
Maintain Stock allocation
Reviewing and updating open Sales order
Sending deliveries to the Warehouse
Ensuring finance approval on orders
Conduct Weekly meeting to review Sales report and order status
Making sure finance received the Proof of delivery to be invoiced
Manage the Delivery process with warehouse team
Facilitate communication between Sales and warehouse team
Assisting stock count monthly
