Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a
Supply Chain Planning Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Review production constraints in planning system and cross check with RPM supplies to import 3PM line capacity for the rolling 13-weeks and resolve constraints
- Identifies MPS changes beyond operational boundaries due to performance in previous cycles, along with associated trade-offs
- Provides mitigation plans to constraints in production or RPM supplies
- Manages inventory risk and distribution plan
- Lead indicator for service level to a node (Hubs or Distribution Centers)
KPIs:
1-Supply Review:
- On-time delivery of supply plan
- Revenue at Risk
- Process adherence
2-Execute CBP:
- End-User (CD & CCD) Satisfaction Score
- Time to resolve in-month Issues/gaps
3-Execute Supply Plan:
- No Touch Distribution Plan
- System-generated Purchase Order
- No touch production planning (NTPP)
- FG Norms Compliance - IPM
- RPM & FG - Minimum stock to norm (MSTN)
- RPM/FG - Excess stock to norm (ESTN)
- Residuals (13w+26w)
- RPM & FG - Business Waste
Key Accountabilities:
- Valid and on company targets aligned Production Plan (MPS)
- Waste Management
- Distribution Plan from Sourcing Units to Distribution Centers
- Material availability
- Supplier performance tracking
Requirements
- 10-14 Years Experience in Supply Chain Planning (Preferably within Production & RPM Planning)
- Fluency in English is a must
- High Analytic skills
- People management (scale of 5-10 people direct) at least and up to (60-70 preferred)
