Supply Service Representative (6 months maternity leave cover)

We are looking for a Supply Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Dubai on a 6 months fixed-term contract as maternity leave cover, and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Consumer Goods business unit. About the Role
As a Supply Service Representative, you will play an integral role in planning transports and distribution of Finished Goods, Mother Reels and Raw Material for a site or more than one in the most efficient way.

What You Will Do
Follow-up and fulfil customers orders of Finished Goods.
Replenish all IDC, stock points to agreed targets and avoiding leftovers.
Detect and prevent service problems.
Complaint handling.
Interface to outsourcing partners for external warehousing and transports.
Contribute to the fulfilment of KPIs set for Supply Service.
Identify within the area of responsibility improvement opportunities and set corrective actions (if necessary).
Might deal with customs clearing.
Who You Are
Must have minimum 2-3 years experience in international logistics and supply chain.
Must be proficient Microsoft Office. Experience in SAP is an added advantage.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be fluent in English;
Must be punctual, organized with excellent attention to details.
Knowledge in Planning for Export and warehouse management is required.
Knowledge in 3PL management is preferred.
Must be living in the UAE.
